Cancellations & Returns

  1. Order Cancellations
  • If you are a Consumer and wish to cancel an order, you have the right to do so under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (CCR 2013). This right allows you to cancel most online and off-premises purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  1. Refunds
  • In line with the CCR 2013, if you cancel your order within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will provide you with a full refund for the goods, including any applicable delivery costs. We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving your returned goods, provided the goods have been returned to us in satisfactory condition.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
  1. Exceptions
  • The CCR 2013 right to cancel does not apply to certain goods, such as perishable items, customised or non-stock products, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.
  1. Damaged Goods
  • If you receive faulty or damaged goods, this section does not affect your statutory rights to return faulty goods. Please refer to our Reporting Damages section below for more information on how to return faulty products.

  1. Reporting Damages
  • A Goods return form must be completed and returned with the product. The form can be acquired by emailing a request to: admin@sterling.eu.com
  • Damaged products must be reported within 3 days of delivery
  • Returned Items must not have been used or installed
  1. Returns Policy
  • Only Products supplied within 28 days will be considered for re-stocking
  • A restocking charge equal to 20% of the value of the goods will be applied to returned items
  • All items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging
  • Special Order items are not eligible for restocking
